ENROLMENTS

All enrolments are managed through Xplor, an online system. Once enrolled, families may use the program on a permanent and/or casual basis.
A substantial amount of information is required to ensure quality care for your child so please ensure enrolment forms are completed accurately and in full.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any enrolments without a completed and signed enrolment form.
New families will also need to add in their direct debit details on the Xplor app as part of the enrolment process. Families wishing to discuss alternative payment methods must email in advance of their enrolment commencing.
Families must provide notice of changes to enrolment information in writing as soon as practicable.

2 weeks notice is required for any changes and must be made in writing.
Changes made by telephone will not be accepted.
BOOKINGS

PERMANENT
To request a permanent book please email CASAC at casac@campbellpandc.com

Permanent enrolments are currently ongoing until the end of 2026 or until a change or cancellation is requested via email.
Please notify the CASAC Office via email or mobile (text message is accepted) should your child be absent on their permanent day/s.
Fees will still apply for non-attendance.

CASUAL
​
Casual before and after school care bookings can be made up to six (6) weeks in advance and are subject to availability. Bookings are made via Xplor app. Alternatively you can email, text or call CASAC for a casual booking.

ABSENCES
​​
CASAC must be notified if your child will be absent from any booked session of After School Care or Vacation Care.
Please do not notify the School Front Office or assume that the school will pass on the information as it is not the school's responsibility to do this. You can mark your child(ren) absent via Xplor app; however, we ask that a notification of absence is also made via email or text message. Fees will still apply for non attendance.

If we are expecting your child at our after-school care program and they are late to sign-in we will contact you by phone to confirm their absence from the service, however, please let us know in advance whenever possible.
