Booking & Enrolment

Enrolment

All enrolments are managed through an online system, My Family Lounge. Enrolments will only be accepted if places are available. This also applies to casual users of the service. Once enrolled, families may use the program on a permanent and/or casual basis.


A substantial amount of information is required to ensure quality care for your child so please ensure enrolment forms are completed accurately and in full. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any enrolments without a completed and signed enrolment form.
 

New families will also need to complete a direct debit form. This form is available as part of the My Family Lounge process. Families wishing to discuss alternative payment methods must email in advance of their enrolment commencing.

 

Families must provide notice of changes to enrolment information in writing as soon as practicable. Changes made by telephone will not be accepted.

Bookings

At CASAC we offer both casual and permanent places for before and after school care.

(a)

Permanent Bookings:

Please input a booking request via My Family Lounge. Permanent enrolments are ongoing for the entire school year until a change or cancellation is requested. Please notify the CASAC Office via email or mobile (text message is accepted) should your child be absent on their permanent day/s. Fees will still apply for nonattendance. Permanent bookings will not roll over into the new year.

(b)

Casual Bookings

Casual before and after school care bookings can be made up to six (6) weeks in advance and are subject to availability, you will not be able to create a casual booking after 1:00pm the day of the requested session. Bookings are made via My Family Lounge. 7 days’ notice is required to cancel a casual booking. Please notify the CASAC Office via email or mobile (text message is accepted) should your child be absent on their casual day/s. Fees will still apply for nonattendance.

Absences

CASAC must be notified if your child will be absent from any booked session of After School Care or Vacation Care. Please do not notify the School Front Office or assume that the school will pass on the information as it is not the school's responsibility to do this. You can mark your child(ren) absent via My Family Lounge; however, we ask that a notification of absence is also made via email to
casac@campbellpandc.com or text message to 0479 099 070.


If we are expecting your child at our after-school care program and they are late to sign-in we will contact you by phone to confirm their absence from the service, however, please let us know in advance whenever possible. The police will be contacted to complete a welfare check if we receive no response after contacting you and your additional contacts to confirm the whereabouts of your child(ren).
