Our
Quality Improvement Plan

A Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) is a service's self-assessment of the programs and practices at the service against the National Quality Standard and National Regulations. A QIP aims to help the service provider to assess their performance in delivering quality education and care and help them to plan future improvements.

CASAC's QIP is developed and assessed against the 7 Quality Areas outlined in the National Quality Standard.

Quality Area 1: Educational Program and Practice

Quality Area 2: Children's Health and Safety

Quality Area 3: Physical Environment

Quality Area 4: Staffing Arrangements

Quality Area 5: Relationships with Children

Quality Area 6: Collaborative Partnerships with Families and Communities

Quality Area 7: Governance and Leadership
